• We offer refunds only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a refund, please provide proof of the damage or defect, such as photographs.
• Upon verification, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your method issuer’s policies.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please keep a copy of your tracking information and we recommend that you include shipping insurance on returns.

• Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• We do not offer returns on any chick purchases. We offer store credit for chicks that do not survive shipment.
• This policy applies to all products sold through Feathered Farm Supplies.

All our adult fowls are vaccinated with all of the necessary vaccines to keep our flocks healthy, tested every 6 months and we are NPIP certified as a disease free farm. Feathered Farm Supplies Hatchery charges a flat fee for our Marek’s Vaccination Service and is not responsible expenses or re-compensation for any chicks or chickens vet bills, medication, vitamins, etc. We are happy to say that our entire flocks have always been disease free, healthy and thriving.

• In the case of a refund for a damaged or defective item, we will cover any shipping costs associated with the return.
• The cost of return shipping will be included in your refund.
