Once a package/order has been processed and shipped by USPS, UPS and FedEx we are not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend checking out these tips:
- Allow 36 business hours from the date of said deliverance for the package to arrive.
- Check the surrounding area for the package.
- Someone else may have accepted the delivery for you.
- There may have been a notice of attempted delivery.
- Contact your local USPS, UPS and FedEx with your tracking number

It can take 2-5 business days from the date of purchase for the order to be processed (weekends do not apply as business days). Our cut-off time for sending orders out is 3 PM (PST), Monday – Friday. Customers may experience a delay in their orders due to the postal services being at max capacity.
All claims for missing or wrong products must be made within 5 days of receipt via support@featheredfarmsupplies.com.

To maintain flock biosecurity, we can not have farm tours or allow on-farm order pickups. All orders must be shipped no matter how close you live. However, if you live local within a short driving distance, please reach out to us to see if we are able to offer you Free Shipping.
Guide Package Protection protects your order against loss, damage, theft, and more. In just a couple of clicks, you’ll receive a refund or replacement for approved claims.
We hatch and ship chicks every week on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday so they don’t get held up over the weekend the Post Office. When you place your order, you can attach a message at checkout with your preferred shipment date and we will try to accommodate your request after orders ahead of yours have been shipped.
We are NPIP Certified meaning our poultry flocks are certified clear of Pullorum-Typhoid and Avian Influenza and tested by the state every 6 months.
If your parcel hasn’t had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.
We charges a flat fee for our Marek’s Vaccination Service. Whether you order 3 chicks or 50 chicks, you only pay 1 flat fee for the marek’s vaccination service.
When you receive your baby chicks from us, you’ll need to provide them with chick starter food, water, and heat of about 95 degrees their first week of life. Every week you can usually lower the temperature 5 degrees until no extra heat is needed.
